★★★★★ Love this place! Awesome tea, great customer service.

★★☆☆☆ The app suddenly doesn't show my local Presorted as a location to order from. I haven't been able to use the app to order for a while because of this. There are currently only 3 or 4 locations that show up, and they are in other states.

★★☆☆☆ Took a long time to set up and the Presorted location near me doesn't even show up in the app! Complete waste of time!

★★☆☆☆ Place is great, app interface is honestly clunky.

★★☆☆☆ The app keeps crashing. Also, unable to use in app rewards and points on kiosk with this app, you have to use a secondary app to use the kiosk. Can only sign into app once deleting and reinstalling.
