Great resource from local library. My gripe is that screenshots now allowed. So if I wanted to send the equivalent of a newspaper cutting to my elderly mum who can just about manage something like WhatsApp but not the challenges of Press Reader via a library account, I can't. If I want to screenshot a crossword from a paper to work on, I can't. Not everyone screenshots for nefarious purposes.

This makes a refreshing change from reading newspapers and magazines physically, when you can have them all at your disposal at your fingertips. The only drawback is I wish we could edit our content around in the library i.e. newspapers at the top and magazines at the bottom. As fold screens are becoming popular, it would be great to have pages side by side with the digital 'flipping a page over' technology (and perhaps the optional sound of flipping a page over 😉😄)...just a suggestion.

I've used this app for years, every time it runs out (about monthly) I have to find my library again from the drop-down menu of thousands, just tried again!!! I have been on hours, it doesn't recognize my library in the search even the first few letters didn't find it, it's not showing. Is this purposely five?making it so difficult I just sign up and pay a subscription? If not your IT team wants serious training in how to set up a website that is user-friendly.

I am unable to use the app after today's update. Within 20 seconds of opening a page it refreshes to magazine home screen automatically. Completely useless. I am very disappointed. If possible I would like to revert to previous version.

Potentially a very useful app, but the current UI is very weak. The audio mode on magazines has issues, leaving the app and returning forgets your current state, very slow to load, crashes often.

Often app does not work with connections to Libraries. You need to make it clear and give an option to people who are not subscribers to only use the library. Every time I log in, it tries to sell me stuff.
