Amazing flowers, last for over a week. The service you get from the app is perfect, and it's easy to use. Just don't get the delivery address wrong because they can't/ won't change it. That's even if you call as they open up. Customer Service's are not so helpful or great!

Horrible people, horrible customer service, and they lie about next day delivery. I ordered 2 days before the birthday (4/12/24), and they delivered after 6 days, refused to accept responsibility. Flowers were wilted, cake in bad condition, they insist that the flowers look fine according to their quality control (I wonder what their definition of fine is?!). I have reported to my financial providers, be careful with them, and they tend to lie and deny!.

Used 3 times, paid for premium delivery, my partner was receiving the flowers I sent her after 6pm when I had already picked her up to go out for her birthday. Tried them again, flowers didn't arrive at all, and we are now still waiting a day later. Complete letdown. Use local florist, online cannot be trusted.

The delivery date selection failed, and the cancel order button failed. The flowers will now be delivered 6 days too early. Avoid this App.
