This is the worst app. They do not inform you about the commission amount until after the credit card top-up is completed. The commission fee is extremely high and completely unacceptable. When you try to make a complaint, they do not solve the problem at all — they simply say the transaction has already been processed and that they cannot do anything about it. The customer service is terrible, the lack of transparency is unacceptable, and users are not properly warned before being charged.

The customer service is horrible. There is no one to call. They made me send them 8 selfies in individual emails for identity confirmation just for an email change. Email changes are verified by a simple email verification.
