The only thing I dislike is the sms code to access the account. My phone is disconnected, and I cabt even access the gift card I bought Update other than that, the service is great. The team helped me when I contacted customer service. If you have the same problem, I will recommend calling customer service they are a great help

Prezee had assistance available via phone and web chat. I prefer phone. So I called up and Akmed was so helpful and new what he was doing. He resolved my issue quickly! I have a gift card sitting in my prezzie wallet, when I try to redeem it, it says its already been redeemed, you ask for help they send you to google then google say its prezzies fault meanwhile im out by £100,absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

I buy a lot of gift cards from here, and normally love doing so. This time however I am beyond disappointed. I bought a $100 gift card for my wife for eBay. When she tried to use the card it was declined. eBay says prezzie sold me a number that has already been redeemed in 2016. Prezzee will not accept any responsibility and just tells me to contact eBay. They stole my money. I'm out $100 and prezzie refuses to help me. I've lost all trust in them. They'll literally steal your money.
