What a terrible app. Daughter wins a prezzie gift card, but it's crazy trying to change it into a usable gift card. It keeps wanting us to pay for it from our PayPal not from her prezzie balance. 😡 no matter what we do it just keeps going back to the same thing. I hate technology for just this reason. Edit : we uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It showed us a lot more things and let us actually log in and go to her account with patience we worked it out.

Excellent app for purchasing gift cards.

In the interest of fairness I am updating my review. While for me navigating their app and resolving an issue isn't as easy as I'd liked, they actually do have a customer service department that eventually took care my issue with great results. I've been a customer of their services for quite a few years now and suffice it to say I plan to continue, especially now that I know that if I have a problem where/how to direct my situation for relief. Great job Preezee. 👏 👏 👏

Very first gift card I wanted to use could not be redeemed the way the app instructed, so I don't know whether it applied the gift card, or if the money came from my bank account instead. Edit: 2026, almost 7 years later, back again with the same problem. Maybe in another 7 years I'll have learned my lesson. I never did get that card, giving someone a gift through this is not really a gift, considering how hard they'll have to work for nothing. The worst money I have ever spent in my life.

Since doing the update, app is taking my money but not producing any gift vouchers.

No do not 🚫 use this I have been unable to retrieve the money that I spent.no customer service read the reviews. Many people have been ripped off. This might be a whole new way of making money out of selling gift cards.

I've been a customer for a while as my work issues prezzie vouchers. Today when trying to log in to redeem my vouchers in store, the app would not let me log in to change to the store I was in wouldn't except my login and locked me out. The app updated yesterday, so I'm not sure if this is the issue. Not impressed, very embarrassing experience. My worry is deleting and loosing what I save in my wallet.
