What a terrible app. Daughter wins a prezzie gift card, but it's crazy trying to change it into a usable gift card. It keeps wanting us to pay for it from our PayPal not from her prezzie balance. 😡 no matter what we do it just keeps going back to the same thing. I hate technology for just this reason. Edit : we uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It showed us a lot more things and let us actually log in and go to her account with patience we worked it out.

Absolutly hopeless, cant get in contact with support, can't use my shell gift voucher, and even shell service station don't know how too use, I have $100 that I can't access. Not happy.

Very first gift card I wanted to use could not be redeemed the way the app instructed, so I don't know whether it applied the gift card, or if the money came from my bank account instead. Edit: 2026, almost 7 years later, back again with the same problem. Maybe in another 7 years I'll have learned my lesson. I never did get that card, giving someone a gift through this is not really a gift, considering how hard they'll have to work for nothing. The worst money I have ever spent in my life.

No do not 🚫 use this I have been unable to retrieve the money that I spent.no customer service read the reviews. Many people have been ripped off. This might be a whole new way of making money out of selling gift cards.
