I have used Prezzie gift cards tons of times I love using them there's so many options they have all my favorite places and It's so super easy to use ! Ive even ordered threw Afterpay and it's been super easy I should be getting a Starbucks one soon !

Exceptional, This service is extremely user-friendly, Used it over 50 times in the last year. I only experienced 1 issue after buying a gift card but their support/customer service were extremely helpful and patient because it turns out I was the reason for the issue, all in all a good company, my only thing I wish would be easier is checking remaining balances, most of the time system allows it other times I get a web page error message, Regardless Prezzie keep up the Good Work

I can't check the balance of the card as the number has only 13 digits and not 14 as required by the Prezzie checker, pathetic.

Did not receive the code. Called customer service tried troubleshooting. Informed the code was sending, but I did not receive. The rep mentioned another person had the same issue. Used a different number it worked. I only have one cellphone. Should not be this hard to redeem a gift card by setting up an account. Email should be another verification method. I canceled my gift card.

Poor....points re never visible doesn't work well for Irish customers ironically we are rewarded for using Irish electricity wisely.... but Irish site has been under construction the entire time so vouchers are useless and customer service is useless ....disgraceful that esb couldn't find an Irish supplier to offer the reward system.

NZ: Woolworths is listed, but can't be swapped prezzie gift master card. Also, Prezzie gift card is unusable by itself. Tried adding it to wallet at a store where they support this gift card, but it didn't work. The gift card seem to have no barcode or any information when you open in app or print from email. Suggestions: separate the nz/aus version of the app.
