The price was good but the person that I spoke to did not tell me I could not cancel. There was a change and when I tried to cancel 1 hrs reservation was made.I was told it would cost full amounts.this was never mentioned at alll.so watch these guys

I have been using priceline for flight and hotel for a while. However, with my last booking with them, I am so disappointed. I reserved a hotel for my son, and he stayed for 3 days at first, and I extended his stay for another four days. The day that I extended his stay, my son got sick and had to be hospitalized. I called price line and asked to cancel the booking. I was told they will contact the hotel and will refund my money. I gave them few days and called them back. I was told they can't refund
