Trash app doesn't work login function does not work it keeps saying wrong username and password both are not incorrect login information as Google Chrome has saved my login information and username and password are correct I have hit for got password and reset my password try again, and it keeps saying wrong username and password please fix this it works on desktop without any issues, but app doesn't work.

Switch Companies. They are cheap for a reason. Shipping always messes up, customer service is non-existent, company seems to be run by robots. Finding a human to help with all the mistakes they make is impossible. I switched to Printify.

Both website and app are very user UNFRIENDLY. The app is incredibly limited with regards to designing your own products and is also horribly slow. Worst of all is that there's no way of setting up payment for the products you designed if they get sold! I have very good design talents and was hoping to use Printful for a side hustle on my mobile phone, but I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I'm having!
