Wish there wasn't a time limit, and the prisoners shouldn't have to cost $100 to feed, the years go by too quickly, and the money is scarce, and it's almost impossible to make it past the first few levels

Does not explain how to build new rooms or buildings, tutorial is just a mess, they don’t show an example on how to do an objective they’re giving us. This game is just really a mess at the start, fix these problems and I’ll try them again.
