As an old player of pristine tale I noticed firstly is the coloring of the game is a bit too colorful for me (maybe because I'm searching for the nostalgia of playing this game again) Because of that the mood I'm expecting in the game is a bit off (As a medieval and magic setting I'm expecting a dark shade of colors, it's a bit bright, well I'm not a pro this is just a layman's opinion) Well I just started it. Helo admin I have some concern please here this one! Why am I not able to do the purchase using telecom, it is now trying to direct me to GCASH which I don't have one. All the money that I have to use for purchase have been converted to LOAD, what should I do? I don't have GCASH, don't have credit or debit card, don't also have PayPal or paymaya. I only rely on TELECOM PURCHASE using LOAD. Please do something! Should at least include telecom as one of the options so I can do the purchase...

Great game but ruined by devs. When you spend money just to expand your inventory is a trash game. Au want to expand your 20 slots storage and want 5 extra slot? Spend money, u want beginners stone for upgrading? Spend money. There's no other way to gather bound diamonds unless you spend money on dias and convert it to bound diamonds or grind til level 90 which takes how months and farm items where you sell it in market and hope someone buys it for 10 dias then expand ur storage w/c costs u 100 dias

At first, it was a nostalgic game. Until Taiwanese not all of them abuse and put scripts in game. They are using programs like damage hack, auto teleport and many more to mention The joy of playing this awesome game already lost. When you report, you will get the same response. I would suggest every global player to put 1-star review and lets what the devs would do.

After maintenance January 17, 2025. Skills got bugged. Item looting is bugged. Laggy server. I spent a lot at this game, and I'm still willing to do so but then the latest update ruined my urge to play this game. Might as well quit playing it as early as now if management won't do anything about the many reports of bugs. You just destroyed a lot of trust not just me but most of the players who spent money on this game. What a shame.
