The app is really good for shopping. The app has one problem, although zalando has the option to save items as your favorites, zalando privé doesn't have this option and makes it very difficult. The other problem is that it doesn't have a loyalty program to pay less for the shipping.

I bought a pair of boots from them, and it came with an obvious factory defect, the left heel is facing "south while the boot is facing North". I tried to return it since I paid cash for it, I was asked to send account details and go to a CELERITAS POINT to drop it, and it happens that there's no celeritas point near me. The closest is 1h plus drive. I think it's a premeditated act to send a deformed boots to me knowing very well I can't return it. I don't recommend them

Did anyone realize these are not deals but are simply defective stuff?! Happened to me more than twice already! Goodbye, Zalando privé! Or at least be honest and say those are defective products, so, discounted!

I was surprised to find that your algorithm only offered a bank transfer as a payment option for my recent order. In 2024, with so many simple, instant payment methods this feels unnecessarily complicated! The process of opening a banking app, entering Zalando's details, and setting up a transfer simply doesn't align with the fast, user-friendly experience we’ve come to expect in online shopping. To be honest, I ended up canceling the order instead, as it felt like more hassle than it was worth.
