I'm removing one star from by review because PIA never warns the account holder (the user with the email who created the account) that someone else has logged into PIA with your account details. PIA should add this and there needs to be a way to see how many devices you have on a plan, either through the app or website. Those are my issues with the VPN service, and I hope they will fix them. Aside from that, the VPN works as intended with lots of locations to choose from, and high speeds.

Great app, been using it for years. However since the last update (27/6/26) OpenVPN with Shadowsocks doesn't work. Wire guard does but not OpenVPN/Shadowsocks. Edit: I am already running ver 4.0.34(704), the latest in PS.

Automatically Connects to Unfamiliar Server. When I'd connect using the android button, it'll connect to the last server I connect. After the update, it automatically connects to the server I physically live close to and not the previous server (outside my country) I was connected to. Response to dev.: will do, as soon as I see an update on or after 07/02/2026, I'll advise 👍

Unfortunately, the PIA app crashes on the latest Android update. It feels like the Android version has been completely neglected by the team. I hope this gets fixed soon.

After latest samsung mobile update there is no available update for the app, and I can not connect to the VPN, utterly useless if using for mobile phone
