This VPN is excellent. It works better, for me, than any I've tried which is most of those reviewed as best. On one of 6 devices it shuts off, but it was my error when I was setting up. Their Customer Service is excellent. It seems like they help before you ask. They have the best server selection of any. With other VPNs, who say they refund, it isn't easy. With PIA, there isn't a need for a refund. You won't want one. PIA is great. Many countries and cities. The US has a huge variety. It works.

Updated version is trash. Won't auto connect. Is difficult to stop auto connect. Once I am able to stop auto connect. I can connect, but that connection disconnects soon after. Some apps no longer work when connected through VPN. These apps worked before I decided to update. I updated PIA app on two of my devices and now they both function in this manner. Other device, not updated still functions as it should. Price for app has increased significantly, while functionality has decreased significa

I had issues with this app crashing and not connecting automatically. I reached out to the admins and requested a refund. I gave them all the information they requested I still have not heard back from them No refund No response There are other inexpensive, reputable VPNs out there Choose them, NOT this one
