I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Private VPN. I purchased their 3-month plan about three months ago, and the service has only gone downhill since then. Initially, it worked fine during the 30-day money-back guarantee period. However, once that period ended, the performance drastically declined. To make matters worse, auto-renewal was enabled by default, and I was charged again today. I immediately contacted their support team to request a refund and cancel the renewal, but they refuse

I'm disappointed in this VPN because they take servers of and don't inform you why and when they are back. Cheap VPN and that's what you get... non-existing support and don't want to refund my money.

Their money-back guarantee is a scam. They keep sending you useless emails in response to your refund request even when their app does not work in your travel destination.
