No issues so far, easy to connect, use & view. Loads quickly with no problems. The app allows you to not only view but receive push notifications from the NVR. It's preforming just as needed.

App is excellet. It is working very well with a Galaxy S10. All bugs have been fixed. We have six cameras, and all load well when needed. Very happy with the app and camera system.

Each time the system loses power or reboots, it requires deleting the app and reinstalling in order to receive notifications.

App shows cameras are offline almost every time when opening the app. I have to force stop the app almost and reopen, then it works again. So annoying.

My true experience was too long to type thanks Google, so basically I finally had a video I wanted to get off the NVR and share. I have been unsuccessful with an android force close (app isn't responding) an ipad ("the channel not support thumbnail") and a thumb drive, it shows on thumb drive, but android won't play it so not sure how I am to get a file downloaded on my phone. I did as much research as I could on backstreet. Should have looked at the app reviews.
