Description
This app offers over 90 probability math puzzles in three levels, from beginner to advanced. The intro puzzles are straightforward but some of the puzzles will be very challenging, even for people who have studied college-level probability -- try answering them all! If you get stuck, there's a hint at the bottom of each page, and you can easily skip puzzles (and return to them later) by swiping horizontally. Have fun!
This app is great practice for quantitative interviews (including quant, finance and tech interviews), for college-level probability classes, or for anyone interested in mathematical puzzles.
I've included a math parser so that you can type equations as answers: if the answer is 0.49^2, for example, you can type 0.49^2 or 0.49*0.49 without having to work out the multiplication yourself. Enjoy!
Recent changes: New button to talk to Gemini and ask for a hint; modernized code; updated sharing button. And added a new Arabic translation!

Good way to brush up on some easier concepts, introduction to some more complex probability, and something you can do together with your kids as a way to keep math fun, interesting, and relevant, while also pushing them to the limits of their knowledge. Additionally, the developer has continued to work on the puzzles, adding more while STILL keeping it free AND ad-free. What an absolute legend.

Challenging at all levels. Truly excellent and highly educational, but most of all fun as long ad you like math

For knowledge seekers or those wanting to revisit probability now that grades don't depend on it! I have kept this app for years to refresh and give my brain a challenge now and then.

This is no a game about probability. It is a collection of math homework that very often require pencil and paper to be solved an is not fun at all unless you absolutely love the subject. But, except if you are a chess grand master you still need pencil and paper for many homework, even "easy" ones. Just uninstalled.

I am sure that this would be both fun and educational, but I keep getting the message "I wasn't able to parse your answer ...." despite precisely copying the example answer. For example: E[X] = 0.7*(-1) + 0.2*1 + 0.4*1 I have tried entering the entire string without any spaces and with spaces between each element, but nothing works. Even if I do the math and enter E[X] = -0.1, it still fails, so it is either the 'E[X]' or the '-0.1', which it doesn't like. This is very frustrating.
