This has been a great tool for my business. It is simple, affordable, and combines CRM, estimates, and invoicing in one place. I can import contacts, attach them to projects, and send estimates and invoices by SMS and email. Everything looks professional. You can add your logo, customize line items, and upload photos without losing quality. Great app, especially compared to Jobber or House call Pro. The developer team is very responsive and open to feedback which makes you feel part of the team!

I've used builders trend for years. I swapped over to Prebuild a little over a year ago, and so far, so good for the most part. It would be nice to have a break option instead of having guys clock in and out for lunch or personal matters, etc. Invoicing definitely needs some simplification. I currently have to use other software for invoicing. If there's a way to click on a client, send specific notes or descriptions and photos in an electronic invoice. I'd love to know.

I have been extremely disappointed with this app. I thought it would make my billing easier, but I was more efficient when I created my invoices on Windows. Invoices end up in my clients SPAM folder, and they are having to waste time searching for them, and I have had several payments made late because of this. Though your coworkers can take job pics, the only way to include them in the invoice is to have my coworkers email them to me and then manually add them to the invoice. Useless app.
