Procreate Dreams App Workflow

Procreate Dreams is a 2D animation programme. Procreate Dreams uses the latest technology breakthroughs to fuse traditional animation techniques and tools with innovative ones, all the while paying tribute to the classics. Along with the new file format, Procreate Dreams is a feature-rich animation and design programme that includes several cutting-edge functions, such as high-definition video editing and a Multi-Touch Timeline. These tools keep artists' work ordered and backed up, and they also help them create more efficiently. Procreate Dreams won't seem entirely unfamiliar to users of the Procreate Dreams app. When making your own animations, you won't have to start from scratch thanks to some of your favourite tools, brushes, and the Apple Pencil's seamless compatibility. Just flick the timeline view away to highlight the Flipbook Draw & Paint mode more. You may then start making the frames from there. It will seem similar to use the Procreate Dreams app, but this time, your drawings will be a part of a larger story. Alternatively, you may considerably streamline the animation process by importing your Procreate Dreams drawings—complete with all of their layers—into the Dreams programme. The Procreate Dreams software also supports videos. You may draw on top of the Procreate Dreams App and add videos to your animations to create whole other kinds of animations.


HOW DOES IT WORK?
Procreate Dreams employs a variety of animation techniques, ranging from traditional to contemporary. Every one of these has a place, and your decision will be quite obvious based on your goals. There are two characteristics that I find really helpful.
Onion Skinning First. This is based on the traditional hand animating technique of drawing sequential images by layering one sheet on top of the other, which results in the animation when played back. It functions exactly the same in dreams. It's simple to generate a new frame by modifying the animated elements layer, which also displays a faded view of the previous frame. This makes it easy to animate motion that maintains realism while yet allowing for stylistic customisation. This is really enjoyable to do, as is the case with most of Procreate Dreams, and going through the frames may make you feel both accomplished and like you had fun.
And then there's Keyframing, which is just onion skinning done at full speed. You move to a different point in time and set new positions and orientations, all while controlling the orientation and placement of a given element at a specific time. Procreate Dreams then fills in the details, allowing you to work quickly while delegating tasks to the software. If you want to adjust the motion, adding extra keyframes is a simple process.
