To me, it was bad because I have never been on a laptop before I struggled to find the second set of questions got there after about 10 minutes finished the second set of questions then for about 30 minutes I was trying to find the next set of questions eventually David from proctor called me on my mobile to help told him I could not find the next step he said I had completed the exam, after I had done the 26 questions I didn't think that was enough for a test, so I was panicking, James.

The app and chrome pluggin are fine, but the back end is utter garbage. I've losted days from being unable to take exams.

I didn't even get to the exam, just pre-system checks. Tried app on 3 samsung and 1 iPhone, kept getting a black screen as my camera feed for all. Contacted help, told me samsung phones post 2016 are incompatible (all above spec listed) and to get another phone?!. Contacted help again, told me to disable firewall, antivirus (?!) and that my above spec internet connection was the issue. Told me to get another laptop and internet connection?! Waste of £1k+ and 8 months of revision.

Worst app I've ever had to use. Suppose to be doing my exam now, and it's told me I can't enter! I was about to click start exam button and it turned off. I was speaking to someone to sort out the camera!

This app has made me into a snotty mess this afternoon. I did all the testing before my exam was due and had no issues. It appears that the Galaxy A32 only works in the test setup and not live, and I completely missed my exam, trying to find a solution. Apparently Google Pixel mobiles do the same thing.
