Last update messed up fingerprint authentication and you cant even set it again as it crashes the app. Password only is not a secure nor user-friendly enough now... and that's the only option you have left us with

I don't think the App meets accessibility and usability requirements, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't, on the other hand, call center usually tries to "solve" by restarting security questions, access, etc. As on the page, the system doesn't work integrally. I don't think it's right for the App to modify what is typed in the user and passwords to upper case, since it complicates editing the passwords in case one has typed some intermediate character wrong.

For the past week the app simply refuses to work. Trying to log in says there is a connection issue with Produbanco and to try again. I received customer service saying it'd eventually be fixed with an update, but this is still unacceptable
