Pathetic service and support.... Their support is limited till they recieve fee..later they don't provide any sort of support and ask students to contact University for each and everything... Why does we need such fee collection points ... I advise all of u not to avail any services through profcyma..... Screenshot and service feedback are shared I had not recieved my degree since 2019 , this is what profcyma is .

Only solution for crash is uninstall the app and reinstall ,never auto update the app, it works i tried. The app is crashing down after latest update, very bad update and also hangs the phone plus flicker the screen badly. Kindly try to remove the update it's worst. File sharing option should be available. It's very difficult to study only from phone. Rest of the app is good with new features but the above feature is very necessary. It was available in previous version of app.
