★★★★★
Navigating the app is easy. It doesn't list too many grocery foods.
★★★★★
Easy way to track progress, appointments and correspond with your coach!
★★★★★
Much easier to use than the previous profile app. It's a great tool, love using it.
★★★★★
Easy to keep track of what I need to do and what I have done for the day. My grocery list is even on the app!
★★☆☆☆
No matter what I try to do. I cannot get the scale to sync with the app.
★★☆☆☆
The most recent update knocked all the categories and corresponding foods out of whack. Want to log PB3 powder as a flex food? Well, good luck, because you won't find it as an option in the flex food menu. The app holds me accountable to my plan and coach, but as other users have pointed out, is entirely self-serving and clunky to use, there's no fitness tracker syncing and zero insight into calorie counts or nutritional information for common foods.

Update ... 11/2020. ... Still don't like the fact you have to save your entries every time you make an entry, or you have to remember later when you go back you didn't save it. Also, after that then you go to the profile food list that they are not in alphabetical order 😳 why? Also serving sizes? Would rather be able to add the size oz or gr I had than what they have listed as to what I should have ex (2) (3)?
