Incredible game and story! F2P with an acceptable amount of ads. Option to watch additional ads for more gems to make certain choices, but not necessary at all to progress the storyline. Well done to the story writers and developers. I've finished all the story that is currently available, and can't wait for another update, so I can continue this amazing interactive story! Only improvement would be a save game function to allow replays while waiting for new content. 5 stars well deserved! <3

Just came back after about an hour and found all my progress was reset and am back to the very first part, what can be done please? I have canceled my premium subscription and may reinstate it if my previous progress is restored!

Presented as a choosey your path story game, but your choices have no bearing on outcomes. The story is linear and you're just clicking through to read it. It assumes that you always make the choice covered by the in game currency, even if you pick one of the free choices that are substantially different.
