Does what it says on the tin. Offers 14 levels of training, so fine for beginners at 5C/5.9 who are in lockdown and want to keep up their strength, as well as the Ondras. The presets give warm up holds, different grips, different timing, with breaks in between. It's all been worked out for you. Just turn on the app and go.
