App does launch on Samsung phones after you verify the EMAIL the app sends you. A reviewer named Patrick below said it was a text message they send, it is not an SMS text message to your phone, It's an email note sent to the one you enter on registration.

HOW TO FIX CRASHES (Nov 2025): App was crashing after I installed. To fix, you need to grant it location and nearby device permissions then it will open. Without those permissions granted I will never open (it should open then ask for the permission but never gets that far)

I couldn't get it to open after creating an account and logging in. It just kept crashing when trying to open it. Too bad.

Downloaded and installed app on my Samsung Android phone. Created an account and when I hit "launch" the program crashed. Even if you log out and hit launch again it still crashes. No contact information on who might help resolve this issue.
