Other people complained app does not register after filling out form. Worked for me first time. Got conformation number in seconds of pushing register button. Did you put in an ending date? Try putting in an ending date and see if it works. I put in the date 96 hours after I opened the testers. I did not put in a time. The app does work if you fill in EVERY blank.

The damn app doesn't work at all you can't register your kit because you keep getting an error message of "all fields required"

It doesn't work. But is not required to get your test done. Skip it You will need an email for fastest results, but that is it.

Failed on asbestos registration: says "all fields are required" even though I filled them all....twice. Had to go online to register the kit.
