Hi prolink, please remove the hidden function that would lower the video resolution when detected low internet speed. I know when i was on low internet speed, resolution should be lowered to ensure constant recording but the image is too ugly that I cant even recognize the person in the video. I suggest you to add a button that on/off auto lower resolution on poor connection based on people demand or simply remove that function as ugly image is not good at all.

App connects to camera without major issues. Able to view video and talk through app. Some technical knowledge/background is required for a smooth setup. This might be the reason for the large amount of earlier negative feedbacks. I would suggest Prolink to provide a detailed guide on the setup process for user to download from Prolink website.
