Back up your whole document vault to a Proof Pocket folder in your own Google Drive, or save the backup as a file. Every backup is encrypted before it leaves your phone and can't be opened without your master password — not by Google, not by us. Restore from Google Drive on a new phone in minutes. The 3 most recent backups are kept automatically.

Expiration Date Tracker & Renewal Reminders
Add expiration dates to passports, ID cards, driver's licenses, visas, insurance policies, and permits. The Expiry tab shows what expires next, and reminders arrive 90, 30, 7, or 1 day before the expiry date — never miss a renewal deadline again.

Cases – Group & Share Documents
Bundle related documents into a case: a trip, a rental application, a child's papers, an insurance claim. Export a whole case as one encrypted file and import cases you receive. Send one file instead of a dozen attachments.

Document Organizer with Search & Filters
Sort documents into categories — IDs, medical, financial, travel, personal — or create your own. Search by title or category and filter by case or documents expiring within 90 days. Switch between grid and list view.

Fingerprint Lock & Encryption
Lock your private vault with fingerprint unlock, face unlock, or a strong master password. Every file is encrypted on your device with your master password.

Offline First
Scanning, encryption, search, and expiry reminders all work without internet. Cloud backup is optional and stays off until you turn it on.

Secure Export & Phone-to-Phone Transfer
Export a decrypted copy only when you need to share it. Move your entire vault to a new phone directly over your local Wi-Fi network.
