You only say this about the Prophet Isa AS, but you do not understand why we also call him Jesus (when we speak English). Jesus is the English name of Isa. Joseph is the English name of Yusuf. Abraham is the English name of Ibrahim. There are many prophets who were sent down in different cultures and in different languages.
