Worked in a pinch! Got it working but found that Windows firewall was initially blocking access from the app, so I ended up manually opening up the port. It would see the PC but wouldn't connect but that resolved immediately with the port being opened. I also found it doesn't update the app slides when you change order or add slides on the pc. But reopening the app pulls the latest slide order. Overall it worked well! It was just the initial setup that could use some improvements

UPDATE: It took some time but after watching several videos, reinstalling it and configuring Propresenter itself, I was able to get it working, and it works great. Some instructions when you first use it would be helpful. I'm changing to 4 starts because it does work good but really needs some instructions with it. January 5th, 2026: doesn't work. Won't open.

I have managed to get it to connect but both on an iPad and an Android phone it does not advance properly through the slides. On Android it freezes or remains active but won't scroll through slides except on the sidebar. On the iPad it's marginally better in that I haven't had it freeze and scrolling through slides actually works but the indicator of the active slide doesn't move consistently.

App is very buggy, I've changed all the settings in propresenter 7. Won't even connect though the old app still does.

Does not work. Crashes often. Locks up often. Does not show all slides, or advance them. Phone only shows 2 slides out of 23, and freezes on one of the two. What more can I say, totally unusable.
