You have to keep it updated! Quick and easy request to view any home with insta View, or map search, or MLS number. If you didn't have a successful viewing at 1 home? Look what's in the area you might be able to make an appointment for another two and make that sale. Open houses give you a great opportunity to present all the homes selling in the area. Have the buyer punch in their email address, and you just sent out a comp list, and now you have a new buyer.

5 days by default on the hot sheet is pretty annoying. I get it that some people don't work in a market where there are dozens of new listings every day, but then why not let us change our defaults?

Multiple listings don't show the photos, or they will be the same photos as other listings from other agents. Makes it hard to see what a property looks like if the photos are inaccurate
