The people that work for providing a ride are amazing people and the app makes it more convenient it makes it simple an easy to use 2 benefit the user....... the only problem I have with it is that it does not let you choose a drop-off address for the return ride different from your home address but other than that five stars 🤩

Has always been a reliable app. However, for the past week it's been saying error whenever I try to do anything. I've deleted app and re-download, and force stopped it, also logged out and back in. I rely on this app 4 times a week. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

It will let you book your rides but low rating because the features to check ride status and past rides only show error messages. So I don't know if I have a ride until the day before when they call to remind you.

I cannot make an account. I keep getting to my member ID, and then I get "unable to connect account." I try to call them at the number the app provides, goes to Provide A Ride. I am told that they have no customer support or IT dept for this app. All they give me is that it's a "third party app" and to uninstall and reinstall. Still doesn't work! It takes so long to book with them if every appt isn't at the exact same time. Then every appt has to be booked separately! App is a waste of taxpayer $
