Tried several apps. This is the only one that works on a Galaxy S4 running KitKat (in conjunction with another app). Like others indicated, requires root. Also you need to use Proximity Sensor Reset/Repair by Mobile Direction in conjunction with this app for a proper fix with Root. This (Proximity Fix) app will change your offset, the other app (listed above) will change the other two calibration values of 'High THD' and 'Low THD'. All three calibrations must be modified for the fix to work by the two seperate apps. In order to see the sensor values on Samsung Devices type the following phone number in the native dialer: *#0*# and then select the 'sensor' button.
