A lot of people claim that the app does not work because they can't log in with their control number etc. But the reason is most likely because they're using an incorrect zip code. I had this problem for months, and then I realized for it had an old zip code saved for my account. App works great once you're in! I wish you could download or screenshot your votes however

It works...as long as you have a reference number from the company you will then be able to see any current or past voting opportunities you may have overlooked....

Much easier than mailing the forms we get. I tend to put it aside and miss the "receive by" date. If I get a ballot by mail... I go to the app, and will vote on all the companies listed.

Doesn't work. Never has. Great innovative app, but for 107mb it doesn't do much at all. Many things don't work. And it's been saying features will be added soon, but nothing ever happens. I can't even vote if I'm logged on, nor can I see any type of portfolio showing my actions, votes, etc. Plus I ALWAYS have to use my control number to vote now. Like I said, doesn't do much - or should I say have much. None of my investments are accessible to vote. Fingerprint doesn't work. Options greyed out.

Can not open annual reports or proxy statements prior to voting. I can see what I'm voting on but have no referenced material to educate myself with. The in-app browser does not work

Can't open any of the PDF documents on my android phone (Pixel 8). Sorry, app is not helpful.
