This app not working in my phone and getting error no internet connection

The app was updated a couple of months back and this version has never worked. Keeps showing "No internet connection". Not sure the school takes the app seriously, which is a surprise in this age. No responses from the school team on the reviews further confirms this. Will have to reach out the teachers directly to hope for any action.

A completely useless app. Such a high-end school and not even able to maintain a proper app. The only feature on app that used to work till few days back was fee payment ...now evn that is not working- most of the time it says no internet connection (even when movies are playing smoothly on same internet) ...at other times it says wrong login credentials....other than fees they have useless icons for homework, notice board attendance etc, etc none of which has any information

The school should adopt Better technical support, the apps never works properly. Remember If u can't adopt yourselves with better technology you are loosing customers, in addition you are giving bad experience to your existing customers. Basic business studies which u must be teaching in school. I have very high hopes from school, plz do something. "5-star rating for school but for app 1"
