My experience is very sad with prune. I don't know what kind of service they are providing to the customers. My order number is -#120926. I was booked my vi sim port out to bsnl in the prune app. I did not get any customer support number. I have ordered on 5th April. Due to some delivery issue someone has call me and finalize to deliver on before 8th April. But nobody has been delivered my sim, phone number also switched off. So sad

I ordered sim on 17th Nov, 2024, Sim Got Delivered after delay of 3 days on 20th November 2024 by delivery person due to distance of my residence (It should not be the reason) FRC Not done Till Evening 22nd November 2024 I had Continuous follow up with prune but got Zero Output From last one week .... I got frustrated while dealing with your team for unnecessary reason .... Worst service from all the team members ...

I hate this app I try to get a sim it's not available in my pin code it's ok, but now it's sending OTP on every 5 minutes for login in to app please fix it

Worst app I ordered a sim in November port to BSNL. It is not activated yet (50 days). They are not picking up phone. Its fraud. This is worse thing I am facing from such app.
