★★★★★ I have had nothing but problems while trying to log in. Here's the response I got "Invalid PSB Mobile ID or Pin". So please, how do I log in?

★★☆☆☆ THERE'S NO WAY TO PAY BILLS THROUGH THE APP!!!!!!! You can view past payments, view payees, and add payees, but there's literally NO option to make a payment!!! HOLY S*IT!!! Also, it doesn't seem to understand how to send an email or a text to help you reset your password. It'll lie and TELL you it sent one, but it won't, so you won't be able to access your account. :(P.S. The website sucks too.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible experience....has been nothing but a big mess since I opened it. First I downloaded the app, and it worked for a while, then it locked me out, but I could go to the website and get on my account. Now I can't get on my account through the website, I re-downloaded the app and it won't load up. So the website sucks and so does the app. And if you call them it is always your fault, this time my internet is fast enough....if I can watch YouTube videos without any buffering, it should be ok
