I really wish I would've studied with this PSI app AAAAA before the test instead of the week of. The course and practice tests I was given were based on definitions (Russ). Since the state exam was through PSI, their study guides ($30) are based on the state exam and focus on situations based on the definitions. It's a huge leap! I had to regain my confidence and wasted a lot of time trying to decipher the word problems. Cram these study guides as good as possible! It's so worth the money.

I like this app but lately when I try to study, the question isn't complete. I'm missing key components of the question. Like some of my math questions are missing numbers that are supposed to be in the question. It will be asking but some of the words will be in italics, and it will cut off before it fully tells me the question. It's not giving me all the components of the equation, and I keep getting the wrong answers, because it's not fully asking the question.

The app functions well and does what it needs to do, however it appears that the questions were written by AI, and there are many errors in the answers. The code (plumbing) will state one thing plainly, and the answer given will be completely different. Also, there are multiple questions where the answer is explained as one answer, and then marked correct as a different answer. To be paying as much as I am for this service, the number of errors is unacceptable.

Terrible product like someone says below. The study guide is terrible, it'll ask multiple questions in different forms for the same answers. Trying to get a hold of anyone isn't easy and when I finally did and explained how the study guide doesn't go over a bunch of the material I had on the test the out of country service rep says that it's not supposed to. TERRIBLE product save your money. It's bad enough we have to pay for the test through PSI.

This app is not helpful in the slightest for preparing for a journean exam. It constantly repeats sometimes questions with different options and answers. The AI interface can not answer basic questions. They don't provide actual sources for the right answers. They just say this is right because it follows NEC guidelines. The questions are in no way comparable to actual questions you will face on the day of your exam.
