Dear Psira We kindly ask you to reconsider the recent changes to the PSiRA certificate system. Many security officers are at risk of losing job opportunities because we can no longer download and print our own PSiRA certificates. Sometimes people are offered jobs unexpectedly and are told to start the very next day. However, PSiRA offices are always overcrowded, and it can be impossible to get assistance in time. As a result, many people end up losing those job opportunities.

I renewed my certificate on the app and things went smooth when I make Payment of R150 and make approval. Problems started when I try to see the certificate on that app, it shows a small peace which you can't even know what is written, 2nd thing I go straight to the office to ask my original copy of certificate then problem goes up, security officer at the door telling me to go back and make a booking date for collection which takes 3 months to get it, and I'm already making payments.

Psira is now forcing us to go to Psira offices just to renew our certificates. May must we suffer where else there is the app to do it, and it is also charged more to print out at the office rather than online

I am not happy with PS IRA APP when I always try to book exactly 8:00 AM for Certificate Collection, the App usually crashes on its own. It's been a week now since it has been doing like this
