This is by far the worst app and customer service I have ever experienced. I have a company-provided PSO card and have been trying to use the app as per their instructions, but I keep getting an “invalid mobile number” error on the login screen. I have raised this issue multiple times through calls and emails, but their support team only replies that the matter has been forwarded to the relevant department. After a few days, they stopped responding altogether. Extremely disappointing.

Worst app. I have filled the form for the fuel voucher but when I try to register on the app, it says cnic/mobile verification failed. When I try to log in it says invalid mobile number even though I get a sms code on the same number!!! Have emailed the complaint but no response. Pathetic!
