I went to my free 3-min reading, and I was only able to ask my question. I never got any answer and the three minutes was up. Asked a question gave my sons name and birthday responded to her question and bam time is up. That didn't take three minutes. I will not pay for extended minutes because my first 3 minutes wasn't anything. Horrible

They take money from your account when you're not even using the app, and they also direct debit money without authorization, and it doesn't even reflect the top-up amount on your account

They do have a couple of good psychics like April, but they mostly have people that take forever to do your reading and by the time they do you can tell that they just tell you anything with one sentence. Customer service deletes the bad reviews to make you believe advisors only get 4 or 5 stars then they don't want to give you a refund. AND what I had in my balance just disappeared. It'll say you have a coupon, but you can never use it. It used to be a good app, now they are liars and thieves.
