Downloaded the app for Android and there is no keyboard coming up to log in so the app is useless to me at the moment. If there is a fix please let me know as I need to use the app for my sons funding. I can only access my sons account via my laptop.

I really wanted to use this service because the interface looked great, but both the app and website kept displaying my budgets incorrectly and making more headaches for me instead of making things easier for me. I wrote to them to ask for help, and they wrote back promising assistance but then never heard from them again. Tried emailing again a couple of weeks later to request help before my trial ran out so that I could actually trial the product before subscribing but never heard back. Bad product and worst service.
