The Pub+ system is not sending me the verification code to my phone, so I can't log in and add to my rewards. Very disappointing.

The app freezes every time I open it. I can uninstall it and try to open it, sometimes this works, but only for one time. This means I have to install before I want to use it, then hope it opens when I get to the pub!

Absolute disaster. Couldn't log in, sms codes going to spam. Linking menu to my membership requires looking at the member card on the app, which you have to be logged in to see. Once logged in, you can't see the card because the menu window is open. You have to close it down, go to the card on pub+, copy it, THEN open menu and paste the code in. Technology is supposed to make it easier, this app makes it nearly impossible. It has taken us nearly an hour to get lunch via the app. Utter garbage.
