Really really love all the stores have pickup and delivery like Walmart. I don't like doing in the grocery stores, so Walmart was my only "go to" given they were the only ones at first that offered delivery and pickup, but I'm loving that all the real groceries I love to shop at but didn't want the hassle of going inside are now offering the same thing

To me, being an ex employee of Publix. I will always rate them as seen in all areas of the store. Sense I can't always get into the store I us there app to shop. When the shopper has a question for me, it's nice to communicate with them. I will say they have been my favorite store to shop, and keep up the great work you do. I knew Mr. Jenkins very well, and he is looking down and is very proud of his company that his children are running. Love Publix.

It took 1 tap to bookmark an item to the saved list. Now it takes 4 & you have to create a list. The item doesn't look saved b/c the flag isn't highlighted. You can only access this list by adding another item. Items in the saved list show up in the buy it again lists even if you haven't. Items don't always look like they've been added to the cart. The plus sign won't show the # of items in the cart. When you add multiples of the same item to the cart they no longer group together.

Terrible service can't even turn coins that are ready rolled up into cash. The cashier said I have to use the machine. I am never going back to Publix every again. You just lost i customer. Bring back turn coins into cash.
