Publix Delivery & Curbside

★★★★★ Publix is mist definitely the best shopping experience EVER. One suggestion is placing a coffee bar at each store would love that. Thank you!!!!

★★★★★ So far so good. Navigating could be a bit more user-friendly. However, if you don't have an item available, don't charge a delivery fee for falling below the minimum when it was clearly available upon ordering with Instacart+.

★★★★★ Progressively improving since I first tried this app in 2015. Some gripes include not being in control of my "buy it again" lists so that one purchase stays for life; inability to add deli counter items after checkout (I called about this and was told "that's the way it is"); too many intrusive suggestions and ads in search results for specific items. Once you get used to it, this app is pretty consistent and easy to manage. Excellent product images and description make a huge difference.

★★☆☆☆ I wanted to do a quick curbside order since I'm sick and can't go in. But I can't complete my order because it won't allow me to put in a billing address for my card.

★★☆☆☆ I am appalled that Publix does not disclose on Instacart, all the Publix bakery bread is made with bioengineered products, franken bread. This should be disclosed online for every single Publix brand bakery item. Also, several orders have had expired meats, molded cheese. I am taking my business elsewhere At some juncture. Only shopping as needed as the Publix location is convenient. Other than that, products are overpriced and for an added bonus, bioengineered bread and molded cheese.
