I have paid for the order Rs 261, it showed next day delivery, but I was surprise to see there is no order pending I have not got the veggies also money got deducted tried to call on help line number but no one is picking up the call. Horrible experience.

Though it was a good experience till now but when it comes to refund or responding back to d problem, I would rate them low. I have been following them for the refund of d payment, which was made twice y mistake. I have mailed them plus have called also but no response yet. Now no one picks up d call. At least they should keep up to their name 'grace', n gracefully solve d matter.

App functions well, easy to use however, not happy with the product quality especially tender coconut, hardly any coconut water. More so, quality of oranges and mausambi (sweet lemon) was also not upto the mark. Used the app for almost a week and have done an average spend of Rs.1400 unfortunately, not value for money.
