I love this app, however yesterday I went to look at programs, and it said there were none in the app. So I went to update the app it did not give me the option. Normally I can delete app and reinstall, but it is not giving me an option this time. I need to get it loaded back. Please help

Does not give accurate and up-to-date customer and order information. Not user-friendly. I prefer the older version of Pulse app.

Difficulties opening past the "sit tight gathering your information" would wait more than 5 minutes and eats the battery on my phone trying to keep loading. Have Uninstalled several times and restarted. The old pulse app would be a little slow too, but at least it would open and get to all my information. Very disappointing and makes it difficult to support orders and customers in a timely manner.
