I've been using this app for a month, and it's exactly what I was looking for after trying several others. While it's meant for tracking exercise sessions, I'm using it to keep track of suspected POTS heart rate spikes, gathering data I can take to the doctor. The alarm feature is what really sold me. It works well with my CooSpo HRM(s). It's helping me learn how to pace and which activities are energy drains. And Eugene is helping figure out a minor bug too. His customer service is awesome!

Good for what it does, but one function I am missing is to have the option to also have the sound or vibration trigger when my heart rate monitor fails to get a pulse so that I know that it got moved out of place and I need to reposition it.

I want to give it a 5 star because it can monitor my tachycardia when it happened, but the problem is I start noticing that the heart rate stuck/hang at one position every 1–2 days of wearing my watch. I need to restart my watch to get it right again. Can you help me on this?

This app is very bare bones, but it's almost what I need. If I could get an option to have the sound play at each beat when it's out of range and do the same thing with HRV, this app would be perfect for both heart and HRV training. Please add this update, and I'll be ever grateful. Thanks. Edit: Thank you for the update. Would love to see HRV on this app too, but this will do!

Functions quite well. Either beeps or vibrates when your heart rate goes outside the range you select. You can choose between a beep and a vibrated - there are no other sound options, and you can't change the volume. You can make whatever custom heart rate range you want. You have to use a slider for the numbers, you can't type them, so I expect it could be tricky if you have fine motor difficulties. Not perfect but a reasonable price and functional for what I needed.

Still can't connect my Garmin Vivosmart 4 watch. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting phone, looked at all kinds of setting on my phone (Google Pixel 4a) and it still won't connect. It works with other apps so IDK why it doesn't work with this one. I also emailed the developers but didn't get any help. I wish I could get a refund, but it's too late. 😓
