I've been searching for an app that hits all muscle groups with just dumbbells and this one is it. I would love to see the app integrate with Google Fit for better tracking, but overall this is a great app.

Good app. Please allow users to cross share their workout with other users (friends and family) to make it easier to work out together. Or Allow users to export and import the workout across Android and iOS. It will make training fun and worth it. It has good potential for coaching and training others. Please consider the above 2 options in the future updates.

This app would be great if the "no equipment needed" workouts truly did not require you to have any equipment. Unfortunately every workout in this app requires you to have at least some equipment (either a bench, pull up bar, barbells, or dumbbells - all of which are equipment). Even the ones labeled "no equipment needed." There are none that don't. Minus 1 star for that.

They are giving away this app for free on pepper.pl just to get more downloads, it's not worth downloading or paying for it. Fake scammy app. *You are responsible for providing promo codes that are going around Google Play Store payments and making them available against Google policies. You want to send codes than generate individual ones with Google play console. Otherwise, stop this spam tactics with your friend mate.

Free: This app provides 5 limited workouts to do for free before forcing the Premium option with the lowest tier being $17 annually. Anything that is just a demo for the real experience is always just about 3/5 for me right off the back Talking about the app itself there is nothing on here that I can't find for free on YouTube or on other apps that are free. There are a lot of options and the videos are very clean and professional but nothing special except the price and organization.

Rearranging exercises during workout ist very buggy. Requires many attempts and lots of luck to get it to stick. +After using the app a little longer now I must say that changing a preplanned workout while you are in the session I basically unusable. Why can't I just push an exercise back (if the equipment is currently in use) or add in a new exercise without going to the edit session menu which is completely buggy. I like the interface in general, but this is becoming a dealbreaker
