This app recommends you to strengthen your punching by "punching bag repeatedly with no gloves or hand wraps". These idiots are giving incredibly dangerous, irresponsible, and STUPID advice. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HIT A BAG WITHOUT GLOVES AND HAND WRAPS. Even professionals NEVER do this. You can snap your wrist and break every bone in your hand.
