Having problems claiming my Fx tokens from staking pundit giving me error msg. "Value must be in format 0x[1-9]+[0-9]* or 0x0". Does this mean I can never claim? Is the staking just a scam?

SCAM WALLET!!!! SCAM WALLET!!!!!! SCAM WALLET!!!!! Full of fees, my pundit is now stuck until I pour Ethereum into it to move or swap! Already wasted of £100 of Ethereum trying to move it. Saying contract complete and Ethereum disappears but pundit still sat there. This wallet is a minimum of £20 to do anything. I just moved the amount it asked to stake my coin for it to get to the next stage and charge anther £40 pure SCAM WALLET

So I downloaded this app to do the swap...I then staked the Pundit to find out claiming would cost so much ETH it's not worth it, I was going to forget about the Pundit but when ever I tried to send my ETH back to my wallet it takes the fees twice but doesn't send it over...this is one big fraud, if you use it you will lose it...whatever you put in here you will lose it be warned.
