I have been using Purchasing Power since 2018 and back then, I didn't have to enter a phone number to be able to order. Now I get problems and ordering is frustrating or even checking account summary. My phone number is under my husband's cellular account not mine. However, I am a member through my participating Employer

★★☆☆☆ Update 9/10/2023 the update is for the level of customer, I've been using Purchasing Power for about 12yrs and NEVER I have experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life ever since they outsourced the customer service to India it has been horrible. They NEVER RESOLVE your issues, you have to call back week after week, after week. I've been waiting 2 months for them to cancel a television I never received, but their still taking the allotment, the order was to cancel July 25th and hasn't 🤬
