Penalized for inactivity without warning/recourse, after years spending thousands on this app! No company charges credit, nor threatens to ban email address after they delete your account when your credit is charged for "inactivity maintenance" until becomes zero. They clearly don't want to do business in the future. I will request a subject access request as part of my decision to require Data protection policy. Disgusted by this abhorrent practice.
